Commission conducted the<br \/>\nhearing from its office at New Delhi.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     On perusing the documents submitted before me and after hearing the<br \/>\nsubmissions of the parties, it was noted that the appellant herein has tried to use<br \/>\nthe RTI Act to resurrect a matter, which is over 26 years old. The response of<br \/>\nthe holders-of-information is that the information is untraceable being very old.<br \/>\nCPIO informed the appellant accordingly. Officials of public authority have<br \/>\ndiligently searched for the records and failed to trace these.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     As the information itself is not traceable, this cannot be authorized to be<br \/>\ndisclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.    As such, there shall be no disclosure obligation of the requested<br \/>\ninformation. Appeal closed.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.     Copy of this decision be sent to the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                           ( A.N.
