Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :06\/10\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                        ===============\n             Contempt Case (Civil) NO. 1274 OF 2008 (S)\n           =============================\n\n                Dated this the 6th day of October, 2008\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that by order<\/p>\n<p>dated 4\/10\/2008, the Government have sanctioned the amount that is due<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner and that the Executive Engineer has already intimated the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner requiring him to report and collect the amount sanctioned.<\/p>\n<p>      2.
