Parate, Director (Plg),\n                            Rohini)\nDate of Hearing      :      23.2.2009\nDate of Decision :          23.2.2009\nFacts<\/pre>\n<p>      By his letter of 13.2.2008, the appellant had requested for<br \/>\ninformation on 04 points relating to the khasra numbers belonging to<br \/>\nhim in connection with the finalization Zonal Development Plan for<br \/>\nZone (N) for MPD-2021.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    By his letter dated 16.4.2008, Dy. Director (Plg), Rohini had<br \/>\ninformed the appellant that the Planning Department did not have the<br \/>\nrecord of land in relation to the Khasra numbers given by him. This<br \/>\ninformation takes care of points No. 1, 3 &amp; 4 of the RTI application.<br \/>\nHowever, at point No. 2, the appellant had wanted to know whether the<br \/>\nKhasra numbers specified by him in his application were under<br \/>\nacquisition by DDA. The CPIO had informed him that this information<br \/>\ncould be gathered from the Lands Department of DDA. It, however,<br \/>\nappears that the Land Department of DDA has not supplied this<br \/>\ninformation to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.    On appeal, the Appellate Authority vide letter dated 25.4.2008 had<br \/>\ninformed the appellant that the DZP for Zone (N) is sailable document<br \/>\navailable at DDA Sales Counter at Vikas Sadan, New Delhi, and that the<br \/>\nsame is also available on the DDA website.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.      The present appeal is directed against the order of the CPIO\/AA.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.    The matter was heard on 23.2.2009. The appellant did not appear<br \/>\nbefore the Commission. The public authority is represented by officer<br \/>\n named above. It is Shri Parate&#8217;s submission that has already written to<br \/>\nLands Department to inform the status in regard to point No. 2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               DECISION\n<\/p>\n<p>6.    In view of the above, Shri P.M. Parate, Director (Plg), Rohini, is<br \/>\nhereby directed to take up the matter with the Lands Department of the<br \/>\nDDA to inform the appellant as to whether his kahsra numbers are under<br \/>\nprocess of acquisition or not.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.
