With the<br \/>\nconsent of the counsels, the writ petition itself is taken up for final<br \/>\ndisposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t 3.This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of<br \/>\nMandamus, to direct the second respondent to furnish a copy of the order of<br \/>\nallotment of contract, dated 14.03.2007, by the 2nd respondent in favour of the<br \/>\nthird  respondent, under &#8220;Anaithu Grama Anna Marumalarchi Thittam&#8221;, for Valanadu<br \/>\nPanchayat of Muthukulathur union in Ramnad District, to the petitioner, pursuant<br \/>\nto the 2nd respondent&#8217;s tender notification, dated 21.02.2007, in proceeding<br \/>\nNo.Na.Ka.3-4507-06.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if<br \/>\nthe representation of the petitioner, dated 23.03.2007, is directed to be<br \/>\ndisposed of by the second respondent within a stipulated time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the<br \/>\nsecond respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the<br \/>\npetitioner, dated 23.03.2007, on merits and in accordance with law, within a<br \/>\nperiod of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further,<br \/>\nthe petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated<br \/>\n23.03.2007, to the second respondent, along with a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
