Soyeb Akhtar<\/p>\n<p>                       was arrested and he confessed his guilt disclosing the involvement of<\/p>\n<p>                       the petitioner in the present crime and except the above stated material<\/p>\n<p>                       as well as supervision note of Dy.S.P., there is nothing against the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                       submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                       furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                       of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                       Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S.
