A death certificate in support of the<br \/>\napplication is enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of<br \/>\nnotice of Rule.  He has invited attention of the Court to the jail<br \/>\nremarks.  In the month of March-April, 2011 he was on temporary bail<br \/>\nfor a period of 30 days so as to assist the family and to undertake<br \/>\nthe repairs of the house.  From the aforesaid facts it transpires<br \/>\nthat after he surrendered to jail on 15\/04\/2011, his mother expired<br \/>\non 29\/04\/2011.
