Opposite Party\n                                       ----------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   21.09.2011                 This application has been filed by the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                    Trial No. 34 of 2011, arising out of Bagen Gola P. S<\/p>\n<p>                    Case No. 07 of 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioners     were      on     bail.   But,   after<\/p>\n<p>                    commitment, they alleged to have misused the privilege<\/p>\n<p>                    of bail for two months. Petitioners surrender on<\/p>\n<p>                    07.09.2011 and since then they are in custody.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Counsel       appearing    for     the    petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                    submits that the petitioners undertake to remain present<\/p>\n<p>                    in Court, during trial and they will not further misuse this<\/p>\n<p>                    privilege.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the undertaking, prayer for bail<\/p>\n<p>                    on behalf of the petitioners, namely, Bharat Singh;<\/p>\n<p>                    Pankaj Singh; and Upendra Yadav, is allowed. They are<\/p>\n<p>                    directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                    Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                    like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      &amp; Sessions Judge, (ADJ) 1st, Buxar, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>      Sessions Trial No. 34 of 2011, arising out of Bagen Gola<\/p>\n<p>      P.
