No.22896 of 2011\n                                  Krishna Kumar Kashyap\n                                           Versus\n                                     The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.      14.07.2011                     This is an application for modification of order<\/p>\n<p>                           dated 23.5.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16181 of 2011 in<\/p>\n<p>                           which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in the event of<\/p>\n<p>                           his arrest or surrender in the court below within one month<\/p>\n<p>                           from the date of communication of the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                           23.5.2011. However, it is submitted that the petitioner failed<\/p>\n<p>                           to surrender in the prescribed time for the reasons that<\/p>\n<p>                           petitioner was ill.
