\nextent of paying of 50% of   the period up to<\/p>\n
31.03.09. These’ap’p’\u00a3ica_.tion’S”~hiave’ been filed to modify the said
\norder and permit the V’pet’itio\u00bbn:e’rs”to continue to pay the tax in
\nterms of proper’ty._ytax Seif Assessment Scheme 2000 (i.e.,<\/p>\n

3. Sri Raghavan submitted that, the petitioners may be
\npermitted to pay the taxes due and payable up to 31.08.09 in<\/p>\n

25% of the tax payabie in terms of the condition  _<\/p>\n
said order, has been remitted and the >,baiance”‘2Si5\/jc;.yshiaii   0’<\/p>\n
remitted by the petitioners to the BBPJP <\/p>\n
memo has been filed enciosing thei’iVre.g:eipt’s-,_for hav’in’g,j the <\/p>\n
payment i.e., 25% of the amount. _   _ V:\n<\/p>\n
4. Learned counse|,for_ the.=t3Bi\\1,.P, o’i-:.._accoun’t of want of<\/p>\n
correct instructions from the o.ffiCiais:”co.nce_ifned, is not in a<\/p>\n
position to  ioondiztions imposed in the
\naforesaid order have  with and aiso with regard to

\namount of 25% before 30.09.09, in terms of the condition<\/p>\n
