Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\n\nPresent:    Mr.Jasbir Mor, Advocate,\n            for the petitioner.\n\n                         *****\n\nRANJIT SINGH, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>            The petitioner has relied upon a Detailed Marks Sheet<br \/>\ntaken from the Internet to say that he was qualified before the cut off<br \/>\ndate. Even if the cut off date is taken as 31.5.2010, then the<br \/>\npetitioner did not possess the degree. The petitioner is not in a<br \/>\nposition to even show the degree. Detailed Marks Sheet is no<br \/>\nsubstitute for a degree. In addition, the petitioner also faces the<br \/>\ninfirmity by acquiring this degree through Distance Mode of<br \/>\nEducation from Sardarshahr. Whether such degree is recognised or<br \/>\nnot is still being debated before this court.
