Jindal, J<br \/>\n             Assailed in this petition is the order dated 24.1.2009 (Annexure<br \/>\nP-2) passed by the learned District Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, accepting the<br \/>\nappeal filed by the respondent No.1-defendant (herein referred as &#8216;the<br \/>\ndefendant&#8217;) against the order dated 12.3.2008 passed by the Civil Judge (Jr.<br \/>\nDivision), Fatehgarh Sahib, partly allowing the application filed by the<br \/>\npetitioner-plaintiff (herein referred as &#8216;the plaintiff&#8217;).\n<\/p>\n<p>             Having examined the impugned order, the same appears to be<br \/>\nwell reasoned and well founded.\n<\/p>\n<p>             No grounds to interfere.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>             However, the trial court is directed to decide the matter as<br \/>\nexpeditiously as possible and the sale, if any, made during the pendency of<br \/>\nthe suit shall suffer from the principles of lis-pendens.\n<\/p>\n<pre>September 11, 2009                                           (A.N.
