Case No. 53\/2010,<\/p>\n<p>                    pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                    Buxar, is one of the named accused in this case being<\/p>\n<p>                    purchaser of a land from husband of the informant<\/p>\n<p>                    whereas the lands belong to her sons.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Submission is that earlier the land was<\/p>\n<p>                    belonging to husband of the informant and petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    was not aware about transfer of the same in favour of<\/p>\n<p>                    his sons. Now he has come to know about real facts<\/p>\n<p>                    and lays no further claim over the land.
