SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                       --------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C)No. 28438  OF 2007\n\n                       ---------------------------------\n\n                   Dated this the 16th day of October, 2007\n\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   petitioner   is   a   Full   Time   Hindi   Teacher   with   approved<\/p>\n<p>service   from   6.6.1994   onwards.       In   2006-2007   the   post   was<\/p>\n<p>converted into part  &#8211; time.    By virtue of  Government orders  on<\/p>\n<p>the subject, part-time   language teachers who have got 5 years<\/p>\n<p>of   service     and   8   periods   of   work   per   week   are   entitled   to   full<\/p>\n<p>time   benefits.       In   terms   of   the   judgment   in   W.P.(c)<\/p>\n<p>No.34191\/2006,  the Government passed Ext.P10  order granting<\/p>\n<p>such benefits to the petitioner.   Seeking  implementation of that<\/p>\n<p>order,   the   petitioner   approached   the   Assistant   Educational<\/p>\n<p>Officer.  But he is not willing to implement the order.  It is under<\/p>\n<p>the   above   circumstances,   the   petitioner   has   approached   this<\/p>\n<p>Court.  Now it appears that the school is on the verge of closure<\/p>\n<p>for want of students.  Therefore, the petitioner has requested for<\/p>\n<p>deployment   to   Government   School.     Seeking   this   benefit   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   has   filed   Ext.P13   representation   before   the   4th<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c)No.28438\/2007               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>respondent.     The   petitioner   seeks   expeditious   disposal   of<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P13 representation.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.    I have heard the learned Government pleader also.\n<\/p>\n<p>In the facts and circumstances of the case, there would be a<\/p>\n<p>direction   to   the   4th  respondent   to   consider   and   pass<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders on Ext.P13 as expeditiously as possible, at<\/p>\n<p>any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment after affording an opportunity of being heard<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         S.
