It is submitted by the<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate for the applicant that after passing the order of<br \/>\n\tmaintenance within a short span of time the respondent &#8211; wife<br \/>\n\tsubmitted an application for enhancement of maintenance and said<br \/>\n\tapplication was granted by the trial Court, enhancing the<br \/>\n\tmaintenance from Rs.1500\/- to Rs.3,000\/-. The said order is<br \/>\n\tchallenged before the Sessions Court by filing Revision Application,<br \/>\n\twhich is numbered as Criminal Revision Application No.19 of 2010 and<br \/>\n\tthe said Criminal Revision Application was partly allowed by the<br \/>\n\tSessions Court and hence this application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt is submitted by<br \/>\n\tMr.Buch that there was no change of circumstances and question does<br \/>\n\tnot arise to enhance maintenance.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis Court has gone<br \/>\n\tthrough the order passed by the trial Court as well as revisional<br \/>\n\tCourt. It is observed by the trial Court that opportunity was given<br \/>\n\tto present petitioner &#8211; husband but he did not place on record<br \/>\n\tthe pay slip. It is rightly observed by the trial Court that as per<br \/>\n\t6th Pay Commission there is considerable enhancement in<br \/>\n\tthe pay-scale.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn view of above, no<br \/>\n\tillegality or perverseness is committed by the trial Court as well<br \/>\n\tas revisional Court.
