The marriage is scheduled on 23rd<br \/>\nFebruary 2011 i.e. tomorrow.  The application, signed by the convict,<br \/>\ndoes not bear any date and even the Jailor&#8217;s signature (before me),<br \/>\ndoes not bear any date.  Be that as it may.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the Jail Remarks, wherein, he has enjoyed one<br \/>\nfurlough from 7th July 2010 to 19th July 2010<br \/>\nand he surrendered one day earlier, the application is allowed.  The<br \/>\napplicant is ordered to be released on Temporary Bail for a period of<br \/>\n07 days from the date of his release i.e. today, on his<br \/>\nexecuting a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)<br \/>\nto the satisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nTemporary Bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.2\tRegistry<br \/>\nis directed to communicate this order by fax at the earliest.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.3\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
