She also states that<br \/>\n\tthe interest of Rs.27,261\/- has also been paid and she places on<br \/>\n\trecord copy of the cheque.  She further places on record the order<br \/>\n\tdated 26th September, 2011, whereby the pay has been<br \/>\n\tfurther revised as per the scale prevailing and she states that the<br \/>\n\tpension is yet to be revised.  She further states, under the<br \/>\n\tinstructions of Mr.N.N.Vasava, Executive Engineer, that the<br \/>\n\tnecessary orders for revision of pension and the consequential<br \/>\n\tpayment of arrears shall be passed and paid to the petitioner within<br \/>\n\ta period of two months from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\n\tthese circumstances, we find that the present proceedings are not<br \/>\n\trequired to be continued further, except with the direction that the<br \/>\n\trespondent authority shall comply with the declaration made before<br \/>\n\tthis Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDisposed<br \/>\n\tof accordingly.
