Begusarai.\n                                                           ------- Opposite Parties.\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   18.7.2011                     Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                     25.4.2009 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                     Begusarai, in Sessions Trial No. 99 of 2009 by which it has<\/p>\n<p>                     rejected an application under Section 228 Cr.
