But in statement<\/p>\n<p>                      under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she is stating about<\/p>\n<p>                      assurance of marriage after remaining in such relation for a<\/p>\n<p>                      year.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                      released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                      (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                      the     satisfaction of the      Chief   Judicial   Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                      Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.
