According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, even though<br \/>\nhe is under suspension and the transfer order is passed for the period of eight<br \/>\nmonths, he has not been paid salary and he has been orally suspended from<br \/>\nRamanathapuram Shop. When the petitioner attempted to join immediately<br \/>\nPerambalur Tasmac Shop, he has not permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t3. On the other hand, Mr.Thick Vijayapandiyan, learned counsel, who<br \/>\nhas taken notice on behalf of the respondents submitted that the respondents<br \/>\nwill permit him when he reports duty in Perambalur.  Recording the statement<br \/>\nmade by the learned counsel for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to<br \/>\njoin Perambalur Tasmac Shop immediately.  As far as the salary for the<br \/>\npetitioner for a period of eight months stated,  it is open to the petitioner to<br \/>\nmake a representation to the second respondent and on such representation is<br \/>\nbeing made, the  second respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate<br \/>\norders in accordance with law regarding the payment of salary for the period of<br \/>\nsuspension.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t4. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.<br \/>\nNo costs.
