Jani, appearing for Official Liquidator stated that a Charted<br \/>\nAccountant, from the panel maintained by Official Liquidator, shall<br \/>\nbe appointed for the purpose.  However, the exercise of assessment of<br \/>\nclaims of the secured creditors and workers would consume sometime,<br \/>\nfor which a public notice also have to be given.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tUnder the<br \/>\ncircumstances, Official Liquidator is directed to APPOINT<br \/>\na CHARTED ACCOUNTANT, from the PANEL<br \/>\nmaintained by them, for the purpose of VERIFYING the<br \/>\nclaims of the secured creditors and workers of the Sandeep Industries<br \/>\nLimited (in Liquidation) and submit a REPORT before the<br \/>\nCourt, latest by 31ST<br \/>\nMARCH, 2011. Official Liquidator shall also issue a PUBLIC<br \/>\nADVERTISEMENT, inviting claims of the Secured Creditors and<br \/>\nworkers.
