As scheduled, the matter is called for hearing today dated\n29.1.2010. Shri Prem Prakash appears for the complainant. DDA is\nrepresented by the Shri Subhash Chander, Director (Lands); Shri R.P.\nGarg, Dy. Director (OSB) &amp; Shri Sube Singh, Asstt. Director (OSB). The\nprincipal submission of Shri Prem Prakash is that mutation has been done\nand now he wants the lease deed to be executed. Shri Subhash Chandra\nassures the Commission that the lease-deed will be executed in 02 months\ntime, as long as the complainant submits all required documents and\ncompletes all the formalities.\n\n2.     We would like to take Shri Subhash Chandra by his word.
