Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :02\/08\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 24082 OF 2010 (I)\n                =====================\n\n           Dated this the 2nd day of August, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner is an Agricultural Officer. By Ext.P1 order, she has<\/p>\n<p>been transferred from Kumbalam to Kizhakkambalam. Aggrieved<\/p>\n<p>by the     above, she has filed Ext.P3 appeal before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Although several contentions have been raised against<\/p>\n<p>the correctness of Ext.P1, having regard to the pendency of the<\/p>\n<p>appeal, I am not persuaded to go into those controversial issues.<\/p>\n<p>     3.
