Case No.10\/2010 instituted, inter alia, under<\/p>\n<p>                       Sections 302 &amp; 307 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      As per the prosecution report, it is alleged that when<\/p>\n<p>                       some persons wrongly trying to construct a road, there was a protest<\/p>\n<p>                       by prosecution parties upon which they started beating members of the<\/p>\n<p>                       prosecution parties. One Birendra Sahani assaulted the father of the<\/p>\n<p>                       informant who later in course of treatment come to his injury.<\/p>\n<p>                       Petitioner and one Suresh Sahani is said to have assaulted the<\/p>\n<p>                       informant&#8217;s aunt, Munni Devi who was seriously injured.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Petitioner states that in view of the nature of dispute it<\/p>\n<p>                       cannot be said that there was any intention to kill.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Be that as it may, let the petitioner above-named be<\/p>\n<p>                       released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<\/p>\n<p>                       Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                       the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                       Bishambharpur P.S.
