No.575 of 1999 on<br \/>\nthe file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Vaikom, seeks anticipatory<br \/>\nbail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.      Admittedly, non-bailable warrants of arrest are pending<br \/>\nagainst the petitioner.       Anticipatory bail cannot be granted to<br \/>\nnullify the process issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.<br \/>\nThere is no reason why the petitioner should not surrender before<br \/>\nthe Magistrate and seek regular bail.
