Respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>Prayer: Petition filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to register the Force Motors Minidor (II) (D1) three wheeler Autorickshaw bearing Engine No.D38007128 and Chassis No.MC1A4CLA6AA000462 with wheel base of 1700 MM to accept the Motor Vehicles tax to issue the fitness certificate and consequently to issue the permit to the petitioner with reference to the proceedings of the first respondent herein vide  335\/A3\/2010, dated 20.02.2010, in granting the Autorickshaw permit to the petitioner herein.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFor Petitioner\t  : Mr.S.Govindaraman<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFor Respondents   : Mr.N.Sakthivel,<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t    Government Advocate<\/p>\n<p>O R D E R<\/p>\n<p>\tThis writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to register the Force Motors Minidor (II) (D1) three wheeler Autorickshaw bearing Engine No.D38007128 and Chassis No.MC1A4CLA6AA000462, with wheel base of 1700 MM to accept the Motor Vehicles tax to issue the fitness certificate and consequently to issue the permit to the petitioner, with reference to the proceedings of the first respondent herein vide  335\/A3\/2010, dated 20.02.2010, in granting the Autorickshaw permit to the petitioner herein.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. In view of the earlier orders passed by this Court in a number of writ petitions, involving similar issues, including the writ petition, in W.P.No.1767 of 2011, dated 21.02.2011, the second respondent is directed to register the  Force Motors Minidor (II) (D1) three wheeler Autorickshaw, bearing Engine No.D38007128 and Chassis No.MC1A4CLA6AA000462, with the wheel base of 1700 MM.  The said process shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date or receipt of a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
