\nawarded by the Tribunal is inadequate. .<\/p>\n
3. In brief, the facts of the case are:<\/p>\n

\nwas hale and healthy prior_v\ufb01to.V\/.,:t11e_  Efhat, at
\nabout 3.30 pm. on   was standing in
\nfront of road, in front
\nof Ashwini  a tipper lorry<\/p>\n
bearing 762’3:,7driven by its driver in a rash
\nand negligent rnaririe\u00bbr:,:””‘..d4ashed against. the appellant.<\/p>\n
Duejto o*whieh’,”w.thVe appellant fell down and sustained<\/p>\n
 .sev.eVre.yvi=nju,Vries on her liver and suffered fractured<\/p>\n
  Immediately, she has been shifted<\/p>\n
‘V to loitz\ufb02vhohspital. She has taken treatment for about 38<\/p>\n
 “.,[.d’aye:,_ and underwent one surgery. The doctor has<\/p>\n
‘  asslelssed 50% physical disability. It is the further case<\/p>\n
 the appellant that due to the injuries sustained by<\/p>\n
her in the accident, she has suffered lot of pain and<\/p>\n
agony. has spent corisiderable amount towards medical<\/p>\n

emerges is that, the Tribunal has awarded just and<\/p>\n
reasonable cornperisatiori of ?7’5,000\/- t.owardsl’i~-plain<\/p>\n
and sufferings and 31,12,000\/~ <\/p>\n
expenses and therefore, we do not ir1terfer–e’_ivwith’*the ”<\/p>\n
same. However, the Tribunal :'”:has”o awar_ded’ rrzeager’<\/p>\n
compensation towards conifeyance, lriou:ishivng._’fo.odand r L’<\/p>\n
attendant charges and not a..wd\u00a7:+de:1 any”‘cornpensation
\ntowards loss of education,’ ~1os_s2:of arntenities, discomforts
\nand unhappiness andloss olifdirsabiljty. There is no
\ndispute regai\ufb02ing7:Vthe-:_occ~urr’encseVof the accident and
\nthe re’su1tant. Vinjuriecs\u00e9,”treatment taken as inpatient in<\/p>\n
the hospit.ai and Further, there is no<\/p>\n
 pp dispiiltel”regard’ing_the, loss of education to the appeilant<\/p>\n
for-\u00bb one acaderriic year due to the injuries sustained by<\/p>\n
Vp’ci=accident. The doctor has assessed the<\/p>\n
 physical… disability at 50% and if oneethird of it is taken,<\/p>\n
it  Vaccines to 16.67%, rounded of to i7% disability to the<\/p>\n
whole body. The appeitant might have spent<\/p>\n
considerable amount: towards conveyance, nourishing<\/p>\n
food and attendant charges during treatment: period.<\/p>\n
The appellant has to stiffer the discomforts caused due<\/p>\n
