Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :28\/11\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                                     R.BASANT, J.\n\n                           ------------------------------------\n\n                           Crl.M.C.NO.3814 OF 2006\n\n                           ------------------------------------\n\n                  Dated this the 28th day of November, 2006.\n\n\n                                         ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The   learned   Public   Prosecutor   and   the   learned   counsel   for   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   do   both   submit   that   there   was   no   sitting   of   court   on<\/p>\n<p>23.11.2006 and though CW20 was present, he could not be examined<\/p>\n<p>on   23.11.2006.     The   matter   now   stands   posted   to   16.01.2007.     The<\/p>\n<p>learned   Magistrate   must  certainly   show  a   sense   of   expedition   in   the<\/p>\n<p>peculiar   facts   and   circumstances   of   this   case.     The   learned   Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor on behalf of CW20 submits that CW20 shall appear before<\/p>\n<p>the learned Magistrate on 16.01.2007.   The learned Magistrate must<\/p>\n<p>make   every   endeavour   to   dispose   of   the   case   as   expeditiously   as<\/p>\n<p>possible   thereafter   at   any   rate,   within   a   period   of   3   months   from<\/p>\n<p>16.01.2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.
