No.30590 of 2010\n                          KANHAI KUMAR, SON OF GIRMAL SAO\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   27.08.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                  offence under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                  Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was<\/p>\n<p>                  added.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering that the petitioner himself confessed<\/p>\n<p>                  that he had participated in the occurrence of kidnapping and<\/p>\n<p>                  demanding a ransom of Rs. 25,00,000\/- from the Mobile of<\/p>\n<p>                  Upendra and, thereafter, the victim was done to death, I am not<\/p>\n<p>                  inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                              The prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The trial court is directed to expedite the trial in view<\/p>\n<p>                  of the serious nature of the offence.<\/p>\n<p>                                             ( Anjana Prakash, J.)<br \/>\n       S.Ali\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Kanhai Kumar vs The State Of Bihar on 27 August, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
