Justice THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN\n\n Dated :24\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n             THOTTATHIL.B.RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n\n                     ---------------------------------\n\n                     W.P(c)No.15845 OF 2005\n\n                    ------------------------------------\n\n             Dated this the 24th  day of January, 2008\n\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Heard   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the   learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The claim of the petitioner, a Handloom Weavers&#8217; Co-\n<\/p>\n<p>operative Society, is that it is entitled to payment of amounts for<\/p>\n<p>the rebate sales that it has done.   Similar matters were disposed<\/p>\n<p>of as per different judgments including that dated 12\/12\/2007 in<\/p>\n<p>O.P.NO.4209\/00 and connected cases.  As noticed therein, rebate<\/p>\n<p>was   granted   by   the   petitioners   on   the   basis   of     Governmental<\/p>\n<p>directions in tune with the policy of the Government providing for<\/p>\n<p>extending   rebate   facility   for   Handloom   industry.
