Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.4.2010 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under sections 342, 324, 354 and 379 of the IPC.<\/p>\n<p>                               Although, allegedly, petitioner was caught at the spot but<\/p>\n<p>                    submission on behalf of the petitioner is that altogether five witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                    have already been examined in course of trial and some witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                    have been declared hostile.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking into consideration the period of detention of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner in jail custody as well as above stated submissions of the<\/p>\n<p>                    parties, let the petitioner, Matroo Parihar, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Katihar in<\/p>\n<p>                    Sessions Trial no. 236\/2010 arising out of Manihari P.S.
