 W.P.N0,_i-32149\/2009 being aggrieved by the Order dated ‘<\/p>\n
 wherein the Iearned Single Judge has dismissed<\/p>\n

the writ petition permitting the petitioner to  the<\/p>\n
provisions of the prisons till 31.82009.<\/p>\n
2. The appellant herein _fi1ed__  <\/p>\n
contending that he has entrusted :”the1’_”contra_ct’ of <\/p>\n
vegetables, provisions and foo’d.~grains~ to the’..prisons in the.’<\/p>\n
State as per the tender notification*..and  expiry of
\nthe term, the time  petitioners are
\nrequired to supiliy   prisons till
\n31.8.2009   the notifications
\ndated    the Karnataka Co-\n<\/p>\n
operative __ Cons!.;:nfe1*spp”I?e’deration has been permitted to
\nsupply ‘food grains  till 31.8.2009 and being<\/p>\n
aggrieved biz   this petition is filed seeking for<\/p>\n
  said order dated 107.2009 and circular<\/p>\n
    and to direct respondents 1 to 3 to call for<\/p>\n
ten~d_ers_forV9supply of food~grains and other commodities for<\/p>\n
 the year” 2009 as per the provisions of the Karnataka<\/p>\n
u”9.AA’1’ranuspareney in Public Procurement Act, 1999 Within a<\/p>\n
