3      27.06.2011                  This Court had passed in the writ petition an order in respect<\/p>\n
                     of release of certain commodities by the Customs Department.            The<\/p>\n
                     Department, being aggrieved, preferred a Letters Patent Appeal in which<\/p>\n
                     the order of this Court was modified. Even that modified order was not<\/p>\n
                     complied with by the Customs Authorities and, as such, petitioner filed a<\/p>\n
                     contempt application being MJC No 3603 of 2009 which was disposed of<\/p>\n
                     on 21.09.2010 with certain directions. Now when this present contempt<\/p>\n
                     application, which was filed long before, was taken up, petitioner seeks<\/p>\n
                     enforcement of the order of this Court.\n<\/p>\n
                                   In my view, the order of this Court having been modified by<\/p>\n
                     the Letters Patent Appeal, the remedy of the petitioner is before the<\/p>\n
                     Division Bench. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the Division<\/p>\n
                     Bench for any clarification or any other relief that he seeks.<\/p>\n
                                   This application is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
