Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :06\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                    W.P.(C) No. 26933 of 2010 N\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n             Dated this the 6th day of September, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The petitioner has completed BCA from the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent College and cleared all papers except that of &#8216;Data<\/p>\n<p>Base Management System&#8217; of the 4th semester. He appeared in<\/p>\n<p>the supplementary examination held in July, 2010. Thereafter, he<\/p>\n<p>submitted Exts.P3 and P4 requests to the University requesting for<\/p>\n<p>an early verification of the answer papers. In this writ petition what<\/p>\n<p>is prayed is for a direction to the University to complete the<\/p>\n<p>valuation expeditiously and declare the results.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The standing counsel has obtained instructions in the<\/p>\n<p>matter. According to the standing counsel, valuation camp will be<\/p>\n<p>arranged in September, 2010 and the result will be declared by<\/p>\n<p>December, 2010. It is also submitted that there is no regulation<\/p>\n<p>enabling to seek an early verification as sought for by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
