Sagbhara,<br \/>\n\tDistrict Bharuch.  Heard learned advocate Mr. BS Patel appearing for<br \/>\n\trespondent no. 1 and learned AGP Ms. Sachi Mathur is appearing for<br \/>\n\trespondent no. 2 and 3.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tregular Civil Suit no. 449\/88 was preferred by present appellant,<br \/>\n\twhich has been decreed in favour of present appellant. Therefore,<br \/>\n\tappeal was preferred by defendant, which was allowed by order dated<br \/>\n\t4\/5\/1996 and suit was decreed on 28\/2\/1995.  This being an old<br \/>\n\tmatter remained pending before this Court for more than fourteen<br \/>\n\tyears. The substantial question of law is involved as framed by this<br \/>\n\tCourt whether in facts of present case, Lower Appellate Court was<br \/>\n\tright in law in coming to conclusion that suit filed by plaintiff is<br \/>\n\tbarred under section 112 of Co-operative Societies Act?\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tlight of this back ground, considering being an old matter, no<br \/>\n\tinterest has been shown by appellant to engaged any other advocate<br \/>\n\tthough more than fourteen years have passed.  The present matter is<br \/>\n\tdismissed in default.
