02   10.08.2011            Petitioner by filing the present application seeks modification in<\/p>\n
                  the order dated 24.05.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 5758 of 2011.<\/p>\n
                  Diverse reasons have been assigned in the application which prevented<\/p>\n
                  the petitioner from surrendering in the Court below within the time<\/p>\n
                  granted by this Court under order dated 24.05.2011.<\/p>\n
                           Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
                  petitioner. Nobody appears on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n
                           Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on going<\/p>\n
                  through the averments made in the application, this Court is satisfied<\/p>\n
                  that the time granted under order dated 24.05.2011 be extended by 02<\/p>\n
                  weeks from today subject to the deposit of a sum of Rs. 250\/- (Two<\/p>\n
                  hundred Fifty) with the Nazarat of the Court concerned and filing<\/p>\n
                  receipt along with the bail bonds to be furnished as per the modified<\/p>\n
                  order.\n<\/p>\n
                           The order dated 24.05.2011 is modified\/clarified to that extent.<\/p>\n
                           Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Court below<\/p>\n
