In View of the heinous crime\n\ncoriirriitttedidfxj  deceased, the bene\ufb01t of bail under Section\n\n'439 cannot  granted to the petitioner.\n\nit  I have heard the arguments made by both the parties\n\n'  gone through the records.\n\n\n\n\n\n6.
