No.11241 of 2011\n                                  SANT KUMAR PANDIT\n                                            Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   20.04.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Admittedly, the petitioner is son of the deceased and<\/p>\n<p>                 none of the person has seen the actual killing of the deceased.<\/p>\n<p>                          It appears from perusal of the impugned order of<\/p>\n<p>                 learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Banka that only suspicion has<\/p>\n<p>                 been raised by some co-villagers against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                 well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                 Sant Kumar Pandit be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                 of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 06 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                 arising out of Belhar P.S. Case No. 194 of 2008 to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of Addl.
