JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 14\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>When<br \/>\n\tthe matter is taken up today, Mr.Rashesh Rindani, learned Assistant<br \/>\n\tGovernment Pleader has submitted that the petitioner is required to<br \/>\n\tproduce certain documents so that the inquiry, which is pending<br \/>\n\tpursuant to the notice, can be completed. The list of documents has<br \/>\n\tbeen produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, and a<br \/>\n\tcopy thereof has been handed over to the learned advocate for the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tis stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that after<br \/>\n\tproviding the documents as mentioned in the list, the application of<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner will be considered according to Rule &#8211; 18 of<br \/>\n\tthe Gujarat Mineral (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation<br \/>\n\tand Storage) Rules, 2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.Harnish<br \/>\n\tV. Darji, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the<br \/>\n\tdocuments (6 in number) as mentioned in the list, shall be produced<br \/>\n\tbefore respondent No.2 on, or before, 21.07.2011. On receipt of the<br \/>\n\tnecessary documents, respondent No.2 shall consider the application<br \/>\n\tof the petitioner in consonance with the Gujarat Mineral (Prevention<br \/>\n\tof Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2005, within a<br \/>\n\tperiod of two weeks from the date of receipt of the documents.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpetition is disposed of in the above terms.
