RAMKUMAR, J.\n                       ===============================\n                       Bail Application No. 613 of 2009\n                       ===============================\n                            DATED: 24.02.2009\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner who is the accused in Crime No.25 of 2009 of Enathu<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for offences punishable under Secs 324 and 452 I.P.C.,<\/p>\n<p>seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this nature.<\/p>\n<p>But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner to surrender<\/p>\n<p>before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of interrogation and then to<\/p>\n<p>have his application for bail considered by the Magistrate            having<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction.
