S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tAn<br \/>\naffidavit has been filed on behalf of the State from which it appears<br \/>\nthat the State Government is reconsidering the matter and may change<br \/>\nthe direction of the proposed slab drain so that it will be<br \/>\nadvantageous to the farmers whose lands are on both the sides of 24<br \/>\nfeet wide road in question. Water logging on one side may not be<br \/>\ndrained on the other side causing water logging on the other side of<br \/>\nthe agricultural field.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWe<br \/>\nallow the State to look into the matter and come up with a proposed<br \/>\nplan on the next date. It will be open to the petitioners, respondent<br \/>\nnos. 5 to 10 and any other agriculturists who have agricultural<br \/>\nfields nearer to the land of proposed plan, to submit their<br \/>\nsuggestions before the concerned Executive Engineer and  the Chief<br \/>\nEngineer in consultation with the Executive Engineer will finalize<br \/>\nthe matter and report to the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAll<br \/>\nthe persons residing in the adjoining areas are restrained from<br \/>\ninterfering with the matter  as  the matter is pending consideration<br \/>\nbefore the Court.
