The Secretary, Bihar State University (Constituent College) Service\n                Commission, Gokul Path, Boring Road, Patna\n                                                                     ..Respondents\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   16-09-2010                  Today the matter has been listed for passing<\/p>\n<p>                    orders on the limitation petition which has been filed to<\/p>\n<p>                    condone the delay of 45 days in preferring this Letters<\/p>\n<p>                    Patent Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                However, learned counsel for the State of<\/p>\n<p>                    Bihar and its officials who are appellants fairly submits<\/p>\n<p>                    that several other Letters Patent Appeals involving the<\/p>\n<p>                    same matter have already been dismissed by this court in<\/p>\n<p>                    view of order dated 9-3-2010 passed in LPA no.<\/p>\n<p>                    407\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In view of aforesaid submission, there is no<\/p>\n<p>                    necessity of issuing any notice either in the limitation<\/p>\n<p>                    matter or in respect of the appeal.
