Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the State of Bihar and its authorities.<\/p>\n<p>                                2.     This writ petition has been filed for directing<\/p>\n<p>                   the respondent authorities to pay the due amount which was to be<\/p>\n<p>                   paid by the petitioner with interest for the work executed against<\/p>\n<p>                   the work order dated 26.03.2009 by which the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                   appointed as an agent for Fatehpur Block and was directed to<\/p>\n<p>                   conduct Lok Sabha Election related works as installation of tent,<\/p>\n<p>                   shamiyana, electrification, supply of furniture, utensils, generator,<\/p>\n<p>                   diesel, wall painting, photography, toilet repairing, cluster survey<\/p>\n<p>                   etc.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                3.     This matter can be very well decided by the<\/p>\n<p>                   authorities concerned themselves for which the petitioner had filed<\/p>\n<p>                   several applications before the District Election Officer-cum-<\/p>\n<p>                   District Magistrate, Gaya and other authorities, which is apparent<\/p>\n<p>                   from Annexure-2 series, Annexure-3 and Annexure-6.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                      4.    In the said circumstances, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>        disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a properly drafted<\/p>\n<p>        fresh application before Respondent no. 3, the District Election<\/p>\n<p>        Officer, Gaya along with the bills and recommendations etc. within<\/p>\n<p>        15 days from today along with a copy of this order.
