THE REGISTRAR, PATNA UNIVERSITY, PATNA\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   26.08.2010           Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                 respondent-University.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         The grievance of the petitioner is that upon her<\/p>\n<p>                 superannuation on 31st December, 2004 as Reader in<\/p>\n<p>                 Women&#8217;s       Training   College      under   the   respondent<\/p>\n<p>                 University, the difference of leave encashment amount as<\/p>\n<p>                 also the arrears of salary for the period January, 1998 to<\/p>\n<p>                 June, 2001 and January, 2003 to December, 2004 has<\/p>\n<p>                 not been paid despite request.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-<\/p>\n<p>                 University    submits    that   the    representation   of   the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner as also the averments made in the writ<\/p>\n<p>                 application are not clear with regard to the claims of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         In the above circumstances, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner submits that for expeditious disposal of the<\/p>\n<p>                 pending claims as highlighted in this writ application,<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner proposes to file a representation before the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           respondent no.4.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   In view of the above, in case such representation<\/p>\n<p>           stating details of unpaid claims is filed by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>           within a period of four weeks from today along with the<\/p>\n<p>           certified copy of the present order as also the copy of the<\/p>\n<p>           relevant documents, if any, in support of the claim, the<\/p>\n<p>           grievances of the petitioner raised in the representation<\/p>\n<p>           shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>           preferably within a period of four months on receipt of<\/p>\n<p>           such representation so that the grievances of the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioner may be settled without delay and upon<\/p>\n<p>           consideration the admitted dues found payable may also<\/p>\n<p>           be paid to the petitioner along with interest permissible<\/p>\n<p>           under the rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   The writ application stands disposed of with the<\/p>\n<p>           above observations\/directions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Manish\/-                            ( Shailesh Kumar Sinha,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Prof.Jayshree Sen Majumdar vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 26 August, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.14058 of 2010 PROF.
