He has issued the ciisability cer\ufb01\ufb01cate in this\n\n regard which is produced at Ex.P-9.\n\nE'?\/.\n\n\n\nMFA 13206 \/ 2007\n\n0?. The Tribu\ufb01al has assessed the compensation kergjj\u00e9ng in\n\nmind the fact that tha doctor was not the one  fin;\n\nclaimant but taking note of the gievous  of  \n\nsu\ufb01bretd. As the claimant had pragiii\u00e9\u00e9d Fri' #9   b\n\nShow the actual medical expenseS';_iIi\u20ac_:1irred\"  El'.   c3fV\n\nRs.24,860\/- and having Itga1{1'--1%5\"~the um.\" T   by the?'\n\nclaimant in K.L.E.. Hospitai, ufrgr ne:};tz'i3:..23\u00a7 days, an\n\namount of Rs.40,(}{}O\/ -   the attenda.1;1t's\n\n__c}:1arg\u20ac3, con.vc:ya1ia:\u00a2,    other incidental\n\nexpenses,\n\n98. Thus, a total sum of\n\nRs.1,71,0\u20ac)0\/- is awarded as compensation.\n\n10.
