V the gprgound that-,2  awarded is inadequate.<\/p>\n

rciaimtrpetaaanditgsm-e the Ciaims Tribunal in M.V.C. No.<\/p>\n

.   custained by him in the motor vehicle accident<\/p>\n
  occurred on 22.8.2003 when he was coming from<\/p>\n
 ,  high schooi on his bicycle Be!gaum-Khanapur road in<\/p>\n
front of REMCC) factory \ufb02at time, tanker Ashok<\/p>\n

5. After careful perusal of the judgment and award<\/p>\n
passed by the Claims Tribunal, it emerges that,,.V’in:”‘taet,<\/p>\n
the petitioner-appellant has sustained grievotis”inj:ir*i–eson <\/p>\n
account of the accident whichecourred”‘6:a’.’;V22i8′,2U\u20aci$”<\/p>\n
when he was coming from his high <\/p>\n
on Belgaum-Khanapur roaid’v:.,,’fin._front .__of <\/p>\n
due to the rash and..__neg!igent di*%x{ingA”e\u00a5*-eth’e Ashoka
\nlayland tanker. The  as PW2 has<\/p>\n
stated that, the1oetitio=ner- –appeli’airat  sustained oblique<\/p>\n
fracture    right tibia bone of the
\nright firstiand’ he in his cross examination<\/p>\n
that “after the broken bones are united. The<\/p>\n
  has awarded Rs.15,000l- towards less<\/p>\n
H Veemfort, happiness etc.” and the same is on<\/p>\n
little: remit side. Hence, a sum of Rs.10,000l- is awarded<\/p>\n

it   compensation to which has petitioner–appellant is entitled<\/p>\n
