He is due to<\/p>\n<p>retire from service in January 2010.         Petitioner is suffering<\/p>\n<p>from acute kidney ailment and he had filed Exhibits P1 and P1<\/p>\n<p>(a) seeking for a transfer to Thiruvananthapuram district near<\/p>\n<p>his place of residence at Kudappanakunnu, Peroorkada in a<\/p>\n<p>suitable vacancy. Presently, he has filed                Exhibit-P2<\/p>\n<p>representation afresh.
