It<\/p>\n<p>                     appears from the first information report itself that the driver of<\/p>\n<p>                     the aforesaid vehicle disclosed that the petitioner was a bona<\/p>\n<p>                     fide passenger of the aforesaid vehicle.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, namely, Nirbhay Kumar be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paliganj<\/p>\n<p>                     P.S.
