Ms.M.S.Panchal, learned  APP waives service of rule on behalf of opponents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t  This application has been filed by the applicant for releasing the convict on temporary bail for medical treatment of father of the convict. Learned APP has submitted the report of the jail authorities with documents which is ordered to be taken on record. In view of the positive report, this application is required to be allowed.<br \/>\n\t  This application is accordingly allowed. The convict prisoner is ordered to be released  on temporary  bail for a period of fifteen days from the date of his release on the convict executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) before the jail authority. He shall surrender before the Jail Authority immediately after the aforesaid period is over.
