Respondent\n\n\nPRAYER: Petition filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, against the judgment and decree, dated 11.6.2008, in RCA.No.115 of 2005, passed by the learned VIII Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority) Court of Small Causes Chennai, by erroneously, dismissing the above appeal filed against the order, dated 22.12.2004, passed by the learned X Judge Court of Small Causes, Madras, in R.C.O.P.No.2366 of 2003, by fixing the fair rent at a Low Rate of Rs.9,199\/- per month. \n\n\t   For Petitioners \t: \tMr.K.P.Ashok Malleeswari\n\n\n\n\nM.JAICHANDREN  J.\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tToday, when this civil revision petition was listed under the caption `for withdrawal&#8217;, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this civil revision petition.
