The Allahabad high court on Thursday rejected the bail plea of Nupur Talwar, who is in Dasna jail since April 30.
Nupur and her husband Rajesh are accused in the murder of their daughter Aarushi and servant Hemraj.
A Ghaziabad court has charged dentist couple Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar with the murder of their daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj.
On May 25, the special CBI court had formally framed charges against Rajesh and Nupur Talwar for the murder of their 13-year-old daughter Aarushi and their domestic help Hemraj in May 2008 at their home.
